Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, a representative will assist you with immigration and baggage collection. Once the formalities are complete, your safari guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel.
After breakfast, you will embark on a drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest national park, home to a diverse range of wildlife. On the way, you’ll stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a walking safari to track the reintroduced Southern White Rhinos. After enjoying a local lunch, continue to Murchison Falls for an overnight stay at your lodge.
Begin the day with an early morning game drive through Murchison Falls National Park, where you can spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, take a boat safari along the Nile, observing crocodiles, hippos, and a wide variety of bird species.
After breakfast, visit the Top of Murchison Falls, where you can either hike to the summit or enjoy the breathtaking views without the hike. Later, you’ll drive to Kibale National Park, passing through scenic tea plantations and stopping in Fort Portal* along the way.
Enjoy a morning of chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park, where you’ll explore the tropical forest with a ranger. Kibale is home to 13 primate species, including chimpanzees. After lunch, continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll have a game drive en route to your accommodation.
Start your day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and a variety of primates and bird species. After lunch, take a relaxing *boat cruise* on the Kazinga Channel, offering even more wildlife sightings and beautiful scenery.
Depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the morning, with a stop for a game drive in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its famous tree-climbing lions. Continue your journey to Bwindi, home to the endangered mountain gorillas and an array of bird species.
Today’s highlight is a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience. After an early morning briefing, you’ll embark on a trek through Bwindi’s dense forest in search of mountain gorillas. The trek can last between 2 to 6 hours, but the reward of spending an hour in the presence of these magnificent creatures makes it all worthwhile. Return to your lodge for a well-deserved rest.
After breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park, Uganda’s smallest savannah park, but one of the most picturesque. As you enter the park, you’ll spot plenty of zebras and other wildlife. Enjoy a game drive on the way to your accommodation.
Begin the day with an early morning nature walk and a game drive. Afterward, enjoy a hearty breakfast before driving back to Kampala, stopping at the equator en route. Continue to Entebbe for your evening flight home, concluding your Ugandan adventure.
